Bremer County Fairgrounds campground
The Bremer County Fair Grounds offers 44 camping spaces in our campground with an availability for an overflow of an additional 16 space scattered through out the fair grounds. Our 50 acres of fairgrounds include spaces for camping, picnicking, walking, biking, or playtime!
We are conveniently located on the East Side of Waverly at 300 39th NE, Waverly IA, right off of Highway 3.
Our amenities include picnic shelters, plenty of parking, plumbed shower house, picnic tables, and on-site camp host.
RV/Camper spaces are on a gravel pad with 50 amp and water hook up provided. A RV Dump site is located nearby.
For any tent campers we have plenty of grass to pitch a tent but no electricity available.

BOOKINGS/REGISTRATION

Check IN/Out
All campers may arrive as early as 12pm noon on their 1st day of their rental and must be out no later than 11am on the last morning of their stay. Please call ahead for early check in or late check out. (319)596-6472
Quiet Hours
10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily is the designated quiet hours.
Vehicle Parking
Each camping spot has a designated parking spot adjacent to the space. Oversized trucks, boats, all trailers need to be parked in pit parking. Golf carts may only be parked on gravel and or grass.
Golf Carts/ATV/UTV
Golf Carts/ATV/UTVs are allowed in the fairgrounds and may be used ONLY on paths and roads from SUNRISE to SUNSET.
Drivers must possess a valid driver's license. Golf Carts and ATV/UTVs must follow the 10 mph speed limit and the 10:00 pm quiet time in the park.
Campfires
Campers may have campfires at their discretion pending any state mandated burn bans. All campfires must be supervised and in a camping ring. Fires must be fully extinguished when done and campers must clean up after them selves. Camp Sites DO NOT have fire rings so campers are encouraged to bring their own or use the community fire ring located near the binzeebo. A limited supply of fire rings are available for rent on a first come/first serve basis.
Pets
We are a fair grounds! Well-behaved pets are welcome through out the fairgrounds but are not allowed in the buildings! Your pet must be on a leash at all times, not to exceed 6 feet in length. Pet owners are responsible for picking up all droppings immediately. (Do not dispose of pet dropping in the fire pits)
Cancellation Policy
For reservations canceled more than 60 days before your expected arrival, we offer a full refund Reservations canceled up to 30 days in advance will be refunded at 50%. Any cancellations after that are not refundable.
Fireworks
The Bremer County Fair Association prohibits all fireworks at the fairgrounds.
