The Bremer County Fair Association and it’s members, associates, volunteers, actors, and cast and crew are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage to personal property or injuries that may have occurred while on the premise.

Stay seated at all times while the ride is in motion.

No smoking or open flames of any kind.

No flashlights, cell phone lights, camera flashes, lighters, or lights of any type.

No outside Food or Beverage, we have our very own food vendors available for a snack or treat!

No Firearms or weapons of any kind. These items are banned from entering the Haunted Hayride Attraction.

Children under 12 Year old must by accompanied by an adult.

No touching, hitting, kicking, spitting or assaulting our actors at any point in time. They won’t touch you so don’t touch them!

Any guest violating any of these rules will be immediately removed form the ride and escorted off the course with no refunds.

No Refunds, Leaving the ride early, being too scared to enter, or any other reasons to ask for a refund will not be honored.
