The Balloon Man returns to the Bremer County Fair to provide all types of balloon creations for children of all ages.Darrel Anderson otherwise known as "Balloon Man" has been entertaining kids of all ages with his creative balloon figures. Darrel really enjoys making the balloon creations as well as seeing the great joy they bring to the young kids. In his roll as "Balloon Man" he uses over 15,000 balloons each year and is a regular at the Pizza Ranch in Waverly, Iowa the first Monday of each month and also at the MDA telethon. He also is available for entertaining at birthday parties and celebrations.
