Do you know what to do if you find your self in an emergency, active threat situation? When only seconds count and help is minutes away, trained bystanders are commonly the difference between life or death. Bremer County Emergency Management Coordinator, Kip Ladage will be on hand to present, Run, Hide Fight so you can survive an active threat situation. Also presented will be a "Stop the Bleed" course focusing on how to stop life threatening bleeding that anyone can do!
