DNR Mobile Education Exhibit

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) presents an exciting way to learn about energy and waste topics - a mobile education trailer! The trailer, is an all-inclusive experience that includes informative displays, interactive kiosks, educational videos and more. "Cause and Effect: Your Eco Story" takes the visitor through a home full of tips, facts and graphics detailing choices visitors can make inside to help protect and improve the environment outside. Come Inside The trailer is equipped with a welcome desk, touch screen computers with games and flat screen TVs and DVDs. The trailer also showcases: • Energy Alternatives • Household Hazardous Wastes • Recycling • Illegal Dumping • Composting It is also handicapped accessible, heated and air conditioned.
