This is near the Fair Board Shelter. Please limit to one caricature per person! Kira has traveled all over Iowa and into Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, and South Dakota drawing caricatures for events and fairs. She draws fun likenesses that will keep everyone laughing and having a good time.
