2011 Incentive Package

INCENTIVE PACKAGE

White Ribbon:  $50 Donation:  The $50 donation is considered our “WHITE RIBBON” sponsor.  The $50 donation will be used to purchase some of the bunnies, chickens, or pigs that are used for the Scrambles on Thursday Night.  In return for the donation, the sponsor’s name will be mentioned Thursday Night during the Scrambles and Sunday during the Farmer’s Tractor Pull.

Red Ribbon:  $100 Donation:The $100 donation is considered our “RED RIBBON” sponsor.  The $100 donation will be utilized for partial sponsorship of events such as the Bean Bag Tournament, the Horseshoe Tournament, the Chili Cook Off, the Cute Baby Contest, etc.  In return for the donation, the sponsor will be recognized at the sponsored event of their choice.

Blue Ribbon:  $250 Donation:The $250 donation is considered our “BLUE RIBBON” sponsor.  The $250 donation will be utilized for partial sponsorship of one of the smaller bands or larger bands, Kira (Caricatures) or the new Pella Wildlife Exhibition.  In return for the donation, the sponsor will be included on our website sponsors list throughout the year and the sponsor will be recognized at the sponsored event of their choice.

Pink Ribbon:  $500 Donation:The $500 donation is considered our “PINK RIBBON” Sponsor.  The $500 donation will be utilized for partial sponsorship of a major grandstand event.  In return for the donation, the sponsor will be listed on our website sponsors list throughout the year with a linking of websites available, receive a full year website advertisement on the Bremer County Fair website, and will have their company banner prominently displayed at (1) Grandstand Event of their choice. 

Purple Ribbon:  $1,000 Donation:The $1,000 donation is considered our “PURPLE RIBBON” Sponsor.  The $1,000 donation will be utilized for partial sponsorship of major grandstand events.  In return for the donation, the sponsor will be included in assorted radio ads for the Fair, receive a listing in the newspaper pre-tab advertisement, will be listed on our website sponsor list throughout the year with a linking of websites available, receive a full years website advertisement on the Bremer County Fair website and will have their company banner prominently displayed at (1) Grandstand Event of their choice.  Cash donators will also receive (4) Grandstand Event tickets of their choice. 

Best of Show:  $2,500 Donation:  The $2,500 donation is our “BEST OF SHOW” Sponsor.  The $2,500 donation will be utilized for sponsorship of major grandstand events.  In return for the donation, the sponsor will be included in assorted TV ads for the Fair, receive an ad in the newspaper pre-tab advertisement, will be listed on our website sponsor list throughout the year with a linking of websites available, receive a double size premier full year website advertisement on the Bremer County Fair website and will have their company banner prominently displayed at all Grandstand Events.  Additionally the sponsor will be designated our “Day of the Fair” Sponsor for our website and Advertisements.  Cash donators will also receive (8) Grandstand Event tickets of their choice.

$2,500 Concert VIP Donation:The $2,500 donation “CONCERT VIP” Sponsor will be utilized for sponsorship of the Friday Night Concert. In return for the donation, the sponsor will be included in assorted radio ads for the concert, receive an ad in the newspaper pre-tab advertisement, will be listed on our website sponsor list throughout the year with a linking of websites available, receive a double size premier full years website advertisement on the Bremer County Fair website and will have their company banner prominently displayed at the concert.  Additionally the sponsor will also receive (4) complimentary VIP Concert tickets.

Monster Monday – Monday Evening

Combine Demolition Derby - Wednesday Evening

Animal Scrambles – Thursday Evening

NTPA Tractor and Truck Pull – Saturday Evening
